How It Works And Terms And Conditions

By paying your £75 deposit you agree to these terms and conditions.
You agree to purchase an 8 or 16 page wedding newspaper from W H Wedding Newspapers. This is a non-refundable deposit, your rights as a consumer apply.
Purchasers must be 18 years or older and resident in the United Kingdom. If you reside outside of the United Kingdom and would like a bespoke wedding newspaper please contact us at contact@weddingnewspapers.co.uk for a quote.
To pay the deposit by bank transfer please contact us at contact@weddingnewspapers.co.uk.
Once the deposit is paid you will be contacted by our team within 24 hours, and you will then be able to specify whether you want 8 or 16 pages, and how many copies you require.
You will then be sent a simple form which will allow you to specify which sections you would like in your wedding newspaper.
We will ask you to supply, via email, any photographs you wish to be included, and details of the bride and groom and other people or pets you wish to be included in the wedding newspaper. We will also ask for relevant details of stories and anecdotes to feature in your wedding newspaper.
We are GDPR compliant and will not sell on your details or use them for any purpose other than the creation of your wedding newspaper. Please read our privacy policy for more details.
Please ensure you send photographs and requested information in good time. We will then create and send you a PDF draft copy no later than four weeks before the date of your wedding.
Up to two free changes can be made to the draft copy of your wedding newspaper.
Full payment, minus the deposit, must be made within 72 hours of the draft being approved. Refunds are not possible after the PDF draft has been approved. The newspapers will then be printed and sent to you within 7-10 working days.
